Crete island is the largest Greek island and the most southest city of Europe, ideal for adventurer. Known for the Minoan civilization and palace in Knososu. Krit has a large number of resorts and beaches but resorts that tourists choose to holiday greatly determines with what fun they will spend holidays on the largest Greek island.

Hersonissos is close to Heraklion – the capital, and is valid for an ideal location for young people because it is full of discos, nightclubs, bars and entertainment that lasts until dawn. The beaches are modest beauty, night life or reimburse a lack. The most of nightclubs and beach bars are located near the sea and promenade. The most famous clubs are Amnesia, Matrix and Status.

Malia is a town known for its beautiful sandy beaches on which is organized numerous parties with the best DJs. Great place to hang out.

Nearby is the beautiful town of Agios Nikolaos, which is ideal for couples and those who like to go on trips. Because, in addition to the proximity of Heraklion, guests of the town can see Diktaion Antron, the cave where, according to legend, Zeus was born and the valley Lassithi Plateau with numerous windmills . Chania and Rethymnon, cities in the eastern part of the island, have a very nice beaches. Also, these two places are ideal for couples, families with children and all those who need a break. Rethymnon has a Venetian architecture, a Hanja little Ottoman, and both the city are very attractive for tourists. Numerous bars, seafood restaurants, small shops and jewelers by the sea are the perfect place for walking. Both towns have a Venetian harbor and the food is much tastier than the western part of the island where there are more tourists.

Iraklion is the capital and largest city and obligatory point of all tourists. Here are born Nikos Kazantzakis and El Greco, this city hides a number of interesting museums. The influence of the Venetians can still be seen as beautiful fortress dominating the harbor, a Venetian loggia was a key meeting place. Dejdalu and Street 25 August are a paradise for shopaholics, a square of Lions is perfect place to rest and have an ice cream. In Iraklion most citizensenjoy themselves, so you should accept their philosophy of life.

On a trip you could visit the ruins of the palace of Knossos where 7,000 years ago the legendary King Minos lived and  where he imprisoned the Minotaur, Daedalus and Icarus. Lovers of active vacation will enjoy the passage of Samaria gorge, and also  it is interesting the Monastery of Arcadia with a facade that is a mixture of styles.
