minutesIt was created in the 19th century, in Naples. A local baker prepared a table for a visit to the royal lodge. It is believed that King Umberto I and Queen Margarita visited Naples in 1889. On that occasion, they tried some pizzas from the Brandi pizzeria, and the queen liked the pizza with mozzarella, tomato and basil the most, all in the colors of Italy. Then this pizza got the name Margarita.

200g mozzarella

5 basil leaves

- Bake in the oven at maximum temperature (240C) for 8 minutes.
