Van Tri Golf Course

The Van Tri Golf Club is located 30 minutes from Hanoi’s city center and was the first private golf estate in North Vietnam. The design by Peter Rousseau embodies long-honored principles and a tenacious strategy, making it a course that will definitely survive the test of time. Van Tri is aesthetically pleasing as a result of the judicious combination of colors, textures, heights, and elements of stone, water, sand, grass, and trees that create an excellent diversity that characterizes each hole.

Over 7,200 yards from the back tees and 6,700 from the blue member’s tees. Van Tri allows golfers of all abilities to enjoy a round of golf. The course layout on relatively flat terrain features a range of tough, well-maintained pine-lined holes. The fairways are dotted with little moguls that highlight the sharp-edged greenside bunker complexes. Multiple routes of attack, forced carry, favorable risk-reward for long hitters, and ample fairways and lay-up locations are provided by a variety of holes. The shaping and quality of the golf course are without a doubt the best in all of northern Vietnam. Complete Paspalum playing surfaces guarantee proper fairway lying and superior putting conditions.

With 18 holes developed by Peter Rousseau himself, Van Tri Golf Club will provide golfers with a unique opportunity to experience and test their shots. In addition to the tranquil and verdant environment, seasoned golfers enjoy a number of benefits, one of which is the distinctive layout of the golf holes. Each hole is constructed without a discernible endpoint. Wide fairways that extend alongside the lay-up area are a characteristic of the pits. Notably, the par-3 fourth hole with a length of 174 yards presents a formidable challenge. In addition to accommodations, Jacuzzi bathrooms, and a chain of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, the Van Tri Golf Club also offers golfers a selection of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

The clubhouse features a large dining room that serves Vietnamese and foreign food, well-maintained locker and changing facilities, a pro store, and private VIP rooms.
