Landmark 81 is a skyscraper in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Vinhomes, a Vietnamese corporation and the country’s largest real-estate developer, is the project’s principal investor and developer. Landmark 81 is the tallest structure in Vietnam, the second tallest structure in Southeast Asia, and the 17th tallest structure in the world.
The 81-story, 461.2-metre (1,513-foot) tall building is located on the western banks of the Saigon River in the city’s Binh Thanh District, directly north of Ho Chi Minh City’s historic core and immediately south of Saigon Bridge. The tower is located in the $1.5 billion high-end mixed-use urban area known as Vinhomes Central Park. The project includes a hotel and convention center, luxury residences, high-end retail areas, restaurants, and bars, as well as a multi-story observation deck.
Landmark 81 Sky view
The entire observatory is encased by a transparent glass structure, allowing visitors to see Ho Chi Minh City from above. In addition, the sky view observatory features an eating space, a cafe, and exciting activities.
Each floor of the observation deck has its own set of activities. The 79th floor has “cloud” chairs and a coffee lounge. On the 80th level, you can play “Top of Vietnam,” a virtual reality game that mimics a parachute leap from the top of Landmark 81 Vietnam. The 81st level has an open-air SkyTouch deck where guests may feel the air and wind 383 meters above the ground. This outdoor terrace is the fifth-highest outdoor observation deck in the world.
