The Hanoi Old Quarter Culture Exchange Center is a three-floor facility for exhibitions, workshops, cultural and artistic activities, as well as presenting the public to the history, heritage value, and traditional craft villages of the Old Quarter.

- 1st Floor: Periodical exhibitions
- 2nd floor: Introduction to the history of the development of the Old Quarter
