Lotte Centre is one of Hanoi’s most interesting tourist destinations. At 272 meters in height, it is the second-tallest structure in the capital. The first six floors of this 67-story building are exclusively devoted to the Lotte Department Store. It features approximately 250 upscale fashion, watches & jewelry, cosmetics, restaurant, women’s fashion shoes, handbags, accessorize, young cosmetics, lingeries, young casual, jeans, book store, men’s fashion, sports & golf, watch, luggages, home appliance, home living, baby & children, fine dining restaurant, and café brands.
Included in the amenities are a baby stroller, gift wrapping, a nursery, a service lounge, and an MVG lounge. The mall attracts a big number of families with children due to the children-specific area with four beds and a small kitchen.
Shopping
On the 1st and 2nd floors, Lotte center is a shopping mall filled with numerous popular fashion brands from the mid-range to high-end segment, such as Kelly Bui, Elise, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Nike, Adidas… or some luxury brands whose prices will leave you speechless, such as Balenciaga, Off-White, Fendi, Celine…
On the third floor of Lotte, however, there is a large counter selling local Hanoi and Saigon brands that are popular with teenagers and young adults, such as Item du Jour, BOO, The Blue Tshirt, Xeo Xo, and Tu Nha May, allowing clients of all ages to select from.
The smart shopping app is another feature of the Lotte Center stores that caters to the needs of “young generation 4.0.” Smart Brochure and Smart Pick-up are two commonly used interactive touch technologies at Lotte. With Smart Brochure, consumers who shop at Lotte stores are scanned and their ages are approximated, resulting in age-appropriate recommendations. Regarding Smart Pick-up, this feature enables customers to receive products at the counter when they place an online order on the Lotte website.
Food & Drink
The restaurant lines in Lotte have costs ranging from 80,000 to 350,000 VND (with the exception of large sets), and there are many restaurants with inexpensive dishes under 100,000 VND that are ideal if you want to eat quickly and fillingly after having fun in the center.
