When feasible, we utilize the most delicious tomatoes, cheeses, and other fresh local ingredients to prepare our wood-fired pizzas and Italian-inspired meals. In addition to “secret” ingredients, our pizza dough is hand-worked and tossed to guarantee that our pizzas have a beautifully thin, crispy crust with a chewy interior and are topped with the freshest toppings. The menu items are then cooked to perfection in our original wood-fired oven to lock in taste and convert them into exquisite works of art.
