Crossfit Tay Ho

CrossFit Tay Ho is the first CrossFit affiliate in all of Vietnam and Hanoi. We are a small but quickly expanding CrossFit community founded in 2014. We have formed an impenetrable multinational community through shared hard work, sweat, and high-fives. Our members hail from every continent.

CrossFit Tay Ho is located in a newly refurbished building on Dang Thai Mai that offers numerous wellness alternatives. In addition to the class space, there is an open gym section (space for you to do your own thing outside of sessions), showers and changing rooms, a treatment room, a small cafe, and post-workout relaxation space.
