Yoga Joy Saigon is pleased to provide a program for the kids and teachers at your school. The program is founded on scientific research into the body, mind, and self. Mindfulness and yoga are being used to promote and increase learning, health, and personal responsibility. Yoga is the most ancient type of mind-body exercise; it unites the mind, body, and breath, promoting physical and mental health. The teachings assist youngsters in their innate desire to acquire knowledge, skills, and proficiency in order for active learning to occur. Students and teachers will gain lifelong skills for wellness and problem resolution through building self-awareness and self-confidence, which we all need for health and well-being.
