Come for a comfortable break, meeting, coffee or cocktails rather than for a rowdy nightlife scene. Budget above neighborhood-bar levels, remember that service charge and tax can sit on top of menu prices, and choose the rooftop venue elsewhere in the building if open-air drama matters more than indoor comfort.
