Facilities are more local than resort-style. Restaurants and cafes exist in the surrounding neighborhood, but the fishing area itself is not designed as a polished beach club. Bring water, sun protection and only the valuables you can keep secure. If buying seafood, agree price and quantity before payment and remember that carrying fresh seafood around for hours in tropical heat is impractical without proper storage.

Accessibility is best along the coastal road and paved approaches. The market itself takes place on soft, wet sand and among boats and nets, which is difficult for wheelchair users. Man Thai Beach is one of the most distinctive urban beaches in Da Nang because local maritime life is still visible in the middle of a modern tourism city.
