How To Travel To Chau Doc

Flights in Vietnam can be taken domestically from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Vinh or Haiphong with tickets starting from 250,000 dong. For international connections there is Seoul (South Korea) and several other Chinese cities.

It costs approximately VND100,000 more than a contracted rate of VND250.000 to take a taxi at the meter from the airport to downtown areas.

A cheaper option is taking an airport bus that runs straight to the city center. Several buses form different companies running this route can be seen right outside the gates of the airport. The shuttle bus will leave two hours before each scheduled flight.

Alternatively, many midrange and high-end hotels offer free shuttle services to the airport on regular basis.

For those who are more adventurous, take a quick taxi ride to a nearby Cam Ranh Town bus stop and catch a bus for Nha Trang (approximately one hour; VND40.000). Both bus stops and buses are orange in color.
