Park Center Sofia

Park Center Sofia, originally City Center Sofia, is a retail mall in Sofia, Bulgaria, that first opened its doors in the spring of 2006. It is located in the municipality of Triaditsa, south of the National Palace of Culture, at the junction of the Boulevards “Cherni vrah” and “Arsenalski,” near to the European Union Metro Station, and directly opposite the Hemus Hotel.

The mall has six levels (two of which are subterranean) and a total built-up area of 44,000 m2 (470,000 sq ft) (23,000 m2 (250,000 sq ft) for commercial use). There are about 100 retailers, as well as many cafés, a pharmacy, beauty salons, bank offices, and parking lots. The mall also has two hypermarkets: Technomarket and Picadilly. The Cine Grand cinema complex contains six rooms with a combined capacity of 1,340 seats.

Location

Park Center is conveniently located in the centre of Sofia, at the junction of Boulevard Arsenalski and Cherni Vryh. It is readily and pleasantly accessible by foot, vehicle, or public transportation. The subway exit is just outside the building’s main door.

Park Center Sofia is the only mall in the park’s local neighborhood. As a result, you may spend your time doing both leisure and shopping.
