In MAZE, you must descend in order to ascend. A few feet below, you’re going beneath the skin of the city. You can feel Hristo Belchev’s pulse. MAZE, which is underground by location and belief, is one of Sofia’s well-established alternative venues.
MAZE is more than simply a venue for events; it is a gathering place for the most innovative members of Sofia society. Because the basement and the labyrinth are both incorporated in the MAZE emblem, there are no standards for how to pronounce the term. The visitor is able to choose a name and event based on his mood before embarking on an adventure research labyrinth.
We begin the new season with an updated interior and sound system to make fans and performers more comfortable.
The newly remodeled MAZE features 350 seats, an inspirational atmosphere, and a welcoming bar. Come enjoy a casual environment and excellent drink collections on Monday nights. Tuesday is a day for cultural activities and gatherings.
Every Wednesday at MAZE sounds like an experimental jam session, but if you’re a hidden gem in need of a solo debut, come on Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, we encourage you to attend performances by popular Bulgarian and international performers, who perform in a range of genres.
