CAVA is a welcoming space where the cuisine is straightforward and honest, and the well picked goods speak for themselves. The cuisine changes seasonally and serves as a meeting spot for classics from France, Italy, and Spain with a contemporary spin. The restaurant serves a three-course supper, including appetizers, main courses, and deserts. After work, a glass of wine is complemented with a range of high-quality cheeses and dry-cured meats from local suppliers.

There is a strong sweet-salty component that complements many types of wine. During the summer, the restaurant provides outside seating that is shaded and cool throughout the day. Every other week, the restaurant hosts the ‘Small Carpet Concert’ series, which features local artists. Jazz, bossa nova, swing, and classical are among the musical genres represented.
