Banya is a settlement in Razlog Municipality, Blagoevgrad Province, Bulgaria, located around 4 kilometers east of Razlog and roughly the same distance north of the Bansko ski resort.

Around the 4th century BC, the Thracians established Banya due to its warm springs. Its mineral waters, which are heated to between 37 and 57 degrees Celsius, are utilized in spas, recreational facilities, and industry.
