Serras Andorra is a five-star grand-luxury hotel and spa in the Vall d’Incles, at roughly 1,800 metres above sea level, on the main road near Soldeu. Its defining feature is an unusual combination of a 57-room boutique hotel, a full wellness programme, the Bruna mountain-cuisine restaurant and two private beginner ski slopes with lifts for hotel guests. The property sits beside the Grandvalira landscape but does not rely solely on public resort pistes: the private slopes offer a contained place for beginners to learn, while the wider ski domain is close by. A stay here is shaped by advance arrangements—spa access requires booking, treatments have their own schedule, and the hotel’s seasonal services can differ between winter and summer—so guests should confirm the exact facilities and dining available for their dates.

The hotel’s address is Carretera General 2, no. 26, within the Incles valley corridor and the Soldeu area of Canillo parish. This is a high-altitude road setting rather than a town-centre location. In winter, the surrounding Grandvalira slopes and the hotel’s two private beginner pistes put skiing at the centre of the stay. The private slopes have their own lifts and are described by Serras Collection as included for hotel guests; they are intended for beginners rather than a substitute for the full range of public resort terrain. In summer, the hotel promotes the valley as a setting for outdoor activity, with hiking and mountain landscapes close at hand. Access by car or transfer follows the main road, and snow or mountain weather can affect travel time and route conditions.

Serras Andorra lists 57 rooms and suites, ranging from Superior and Deluxe rooms to Grand Deluxe, Junior Suites, Family Rooms, Family Grand Deluxe, Family Suites and a two-bedroom Penthouse. The room categories alter the space and arrangement substantially. Family rooms provide a separate area for children, while the Family Suite joins two Grand Deluxe rooms; the Penthouse has a kitchen. Some categories include terraces or mountain-facing views, but those features are tied to selected types rather than guaranteed across the hotel. When booking, compare the precise room plan and occupancy against the needs of the group, particularly if adjoining rooms, a kitchen or a private terrace matter.

The spa is a central part of the hotel rather than a simple pool attached to the lobby. Serras Spa has a water zone with sauna, infrared cabin, steam bath, cold-water pool, hydromassage and contrasting showers, alongside treatment rooms and a clinic. The hotel states that water-zone entry is included in the room rate for guests, but requires a prior reservation with the Spa Ambassador. Treatments use Natura Bissé products, and advance booking is recommended. The spa is primarily for guests aged 16 and over; children may enter only during designated family-wellness periods and with an adult. Swimwear is required in the water area. These conditions can affect a family itinerary, so reserve the spa time and check the current children’s schedule before arrival rather than assuming unrestricted access throughout the day.

Dining is organized around Bruna, which focuses on contemporary interpretations of Catalan mountain cooking, and additional bar and terrace experiences. The Snow Terrace sits beside the slopes and currently lists bar/lounge service from 12:00 to midnight, with an all-day menu from noon to 22:00. Those timings belong to the Snow Terrace and can be seasonal; they are not the hours of Bruna or of the hotel’s reception. Serras also offers Sobretaula as an afternoon-to-evening experience combining food, drinks and music. Menu formats, opening periods and reservation requirements may change, so confirm the restaurant or terrace you intend to visit. Hotel guests who want a quiet dinner indoors, a slopeside drink or a longer tasting menu should check which restaurant is operating on the night of their stay.

The hotel’s other facilities include a kids’ and teens’ club, lounge spaces, ski storage and private-slope equipment. The operator promotes personalized family activities, but childcare programmes and age groups are subject to season and booking. Reception is listed as 24 hours in the exact Google Hotels record. Google Hotels gives check-in from 15:00 and checkout by 12:00. These are room-arrival and departure times, not the spa’s access window or restaurant service. Serras’s current public pages do not publish a separate day-by-day reception timetable, and guests with a late arrival should still notify the hotel through the booking contact. Spa use remains reservation-dependent even when the front desk is open overnight.

For winter visitors, Serras Andorra offers a two-part ski experience: beginner slopes at the hotel and the broader Grandvalira domain nearby. That arrangement can suit a family in which some members are learning while others want to ski further afield. For summer guests, the same valley location shifts toward hiking, scenic drives and wellness. In either season, check whether the exact private slopes, lifts, shuttle, terraces, clubs and restaurants are in operation on the booked dates. The hotel’s appeal is its mountain setting, suite choice, curated dining and bookable spa, rather than a promise that every service runs continuously. Travellers who want an all-day public spa, walk-in restaurant access or guaranteed children’s spa entry should confirm those terms before making plans.
