Bruna Restaurant is the signature dining room at Serras Andorra, in the Incles–Soldeu area of Canillo parish. Its cooking combines Catalan and Pyrenean traditions with seasonal products and a contemporary approach. The current menu spans tapas and starters, fresh pasta, rice dishes, Josper-grilled meat and fish, and desserts. Examples include homemade roast-meat cannelloni, black rice with octopus, grilled beef, seafood, local cheeses and a hand-cut Bruna beef tartare. The restaurant is stylish but informal rather than a strictly ceremonial fine-dining room.

The address is Carretera General 2, number 26, listed as Incles or Soldeu depending on the directory. It is inside Serras Andorra, a mountain hotel along the main road between El Tarter and Soldeu. The hotel’s contact numbers are +376 751 150 and +34 936 068 698; reservations can also be requested at reservations.and@serrashotels.com, while the restaurant lists bruna@serrashotels.com. Use the full venue name when booking, because the hotel contains several separate food and drink spaces.

Bruna takes its name from the Pyrenean Bruna cattle breed and makes local produce central to its identity. Serras Andorra describes the cuisine as an honest, natural tribute to the surrounding territory, while the menu gives that idea a wide range: anchovies and croquettes to start, soups and seasonal vegetables, pappardelle and cannelloni, rice preparations, seafood, pork and beef. A 2025 menu listed creamy rice with vegetables and truffle, black rice with octopus, roast-meat cannelloni, and local cheese in a vegetable lasagna.

The Josper grill is a major part of the kitchen. The January 2025 menu specifies that meat and fish are grilled over holm-oak embers and includes tuna steak, catch of the day, monkfish, suckling pig terrine, beef fillet and aged ribeye. Premium cuts such as Txogitxu aged T-bone are priced by weight or market price, so ask about portion size and the final cost before ordering. Menu examples and prices change; the hotel’s current menu pages should be checked close to the meal rather than relying on an older PDF or visitor photo.

Rice and pasta are useful alternatives to the grill. The restaurant’s menu has included black rice with octopus and lime aioli, rice with seasonal vegetables and truffle, dry rice with black pudding sausage and pork loin, fresh pappardelle and slow-roast cannelloni. Some rice dishes may require a minimum order or extra preparation time, though the current page does not specify those terms. Confirm serving size, cooking time and whether a dish is available for a single diner when booking or ordering.

Bruna should not be confused with La Fromagerie de Bruna, the hotel’s separate winter-only cheese restaurant serving fondue and raclette. The hotel also has Snow Terrace and 42 Grados cocktail bar. These spaces have their own menus and seasonal schedules. If you are planning a cheese fondue, specify La Fromagerie; for Bruna, ask for the restaurant’s current main menu, rice list and grill selection. A hotel booking or a map result showing “Bruna” does not by itself confirm which space you have reserved.

The current Serras restaurant page lists lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00. Tripadvisor’s exact Bruna profile shows the same split hours every day of the week. Some Andorra a Taula festival menus from previous years were offered only Friday through Sunday, which reflects those event menus rather than necessarily the restaurant’s regular service. Seasonal operations can still affect availability, so confirm the selected date, last seating and whether the kitchen is serving both meals before travelling.

The hotel’s location makes Bruna convenient for visitors staying near the Vall d’Incles and Grandvalira. It is a full restaurant inside the hotel, not a ski-lift cafeteria, and winter road conditions can affect arrival times. Parking is listed among the amenities on Tripadvisor, but the operator’s restaurant page does not set out parking capacity or costs. Ask Serras Andorra about parking, drop-off and access if needed. The exact entrance and route from the car park are not detailed on the menu page.

Tripadvisor lists outdoor seating, table service, reservations, Wi-Fi, wheelchair access and a full bar. Those are helpful indicators, but they do not describe the accessible route, toilet facilities or terrace availability in poor weather. Contact the hotel if you need step-free entry, a high chair or a specific seating arrangement. For allergies, the restaurant’s menu PDF asks guests to request information from staff; discuss ingredients and cross-contact directly, particularly for dishes prepared on the shared grill or with sauces.

Bruna suits diners who want an elevated but relaxed meal built around regional products, rice and Josper cooking. It offers enough range for a shared starter-led meal or a more substantial dinner around fish or meat, with a separate cheese-focused venue elsewhere in the hotel for fondue and raclette. Reserve in busy ski weeks, review the current menu, and confirm the 13:00–15:00 or 19:00–22:00 service period, current prices and parking details. Use the Serras Andorra contact information to ensure the booking is for Bruna itself.
