Description

Xuan Thieu Beach is located in Da Nang Bay, in Lien Chieu District. It is about 3 km from Nam O beach. It is located in an urban area. It is also known as RED Beach.

Xuan Thieu Beach is covered with fine sand. The water is clean and clear, suitable for swimming. With the reflection of the sun at sunset, the color of the beach changes to red, so many people call this beach “Red Beach”.

It is about 20 minutes from Da Nang airport. It is about 15 km long. The beach was used in 1975 as an American military zone.

In 1992, the Xuan Thieu tourist resort was built, which consists of hotels, restaurants, bars and beach facilities.

There are several resorts, restaurants and bars. Beach sports, volleyball and football are represented. The beach is moderately frequented. It is suitable for families and friends.

Access to the beach is good. The beach can be reached by car. There is a car park nearby.
