TOWA’s range of high-quality seafood is mostly sourced from the renowned market Toyosu in Tokyo, where only the purest and finest ingredients are used. In addition, seasonal fish are sourced from the Hokkaido fish market and Nagasaki Bay. In particular, bluefin tuna is imported from Kochi, a city renowned for its wine and fish goods.
