In 2010, the Gourmet Corner opened. At the time, Hanoi’s restaurant scene lacked the concept of intimate fine dining establishments with exceptional attention to detail. The Gourmet Corner was founded on lofty ambitions and the desire to establish a new trend in Hanoi’s restaurant sector. Using the freshest, finest, and highest-quality ingredients, chefs prepare authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The resulting cuisines incorporate both innovation and tradition. However, our objectives do not end with the provision of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. We take it a step further by creating an exclusive collection of trademark meals inspired by our youthful and skilled executive chef.
