Hidden in La Siesta Hotel Our basement has been turned into “The Den Bar,” a trendy bar on the fringe of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. A fantastic area to rest in peace and quiet. Inspired by the mixology trend, The Den Bar offers a selection of east-meets-west cocktails and mocktails that combine Asian and European ingredients. Learn the significance of mixology as an art form as well as the tales behind popular cocktails. Our bartenders and mixologists have received intensive training in Vietnam from some of the industry’s most renowned professionals.
