STAR Kickboxing and Fitness

From humble beginnings of teaching martial arts in his local temple 15 years ago, owner and head coach Mai Ngoc Phu opened STAR in 2020 to share his passion and experience in martial arts with members and to build a team of like-minded professionals to support that vision.

We challenge the status quo of Hanoi fitness services by putting quality at the centre of everything we do. As the Vietnamese saying goes, “nhỏ mà có võ!”’ STAR may be small but we are mighty! We are one of the few independent fitness centers in Tay Ho and we are confident that we offer the most professional training in the area.
