Rice Bistro was founded in 1994 in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. In our restaurant, you may enjoy an unparalleled taste of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a Western twist. Our chef has devised a variety of delectable dishes influenced by ancient native flavors and western cuisine.

Our menu is comprised of a variety of tastes, including recipes and ingredients from the entire northern region of Vietnam; the food tends to represent the region’s cooler climate and ancient cultural traditions. In Vietnam, there are three unique cuisine regions: the north, the center, and the south, each with its own climate, culture, and culinary traditions.

With its cutting-edge decor, warm hues, and artworks, dining at the Rice Bistro is a whole new experience, showcasing the many sides of Vietnamese food and its northern delicacies.
