At La Siesta Classic Ma May, the Moonlight Sky Bar is a strikingly designed space that combines a famous Hanoi emblem with interior design cues that define the brand’s sky bars.
A monochromatic color scheme of black, grey, and traces of cream creates an Indochina-inspired atmosphere when combined with glass, metal, and wood. Flowering trees and live, brilliant green walls of plants soften the impression.
Views of Hoan Kiem Lake, the Red River, and the roofs of the Old Quarter circle Hanoi in all directions. Behind the octagonal bar counter, the bar staff takes center stage, creating a “Cheers” vibe.
The Long Bien Bridge in Hanoi is easily visible from a rooftop. Aspiringly bringing the bridge to the bar is Moonlight Sky Bar. Look out at the genuine bridge as you cross the little model that is above the bar counter. It is a daringly brilliant example of bar architecture.
