Description

Monkey Island is located in Halong Bay. It is part of the Cat Ba archipelago, which consists of about 400 islands of various sizes.

It is inhabited by monkeys and has two beautiful beaches. They are covered with fine sand. The water is shallow, crystal clear, turquoise blue.

Part of the beach is the hotel beach. It is arranged and organized. It has beach facilities, but only for its visitors. The beach offers beautiful nature.

No sports are represented and there is no rescue service. The beach is suitable for nature lovers, families and friends. It is moderately visited.

Monkeys come down to the beach and play with tourists. The island is protected by the Cat Ba National Park because of the many species of monkeys.

Access to the beach is difficult. The island is reached from Beo Harbor from Cat Beo Island.
