Marcel is a French gourmet burger restaurant located in the heart of Saigon. At Marcel, we prefer our burgers the French way: with original recipes and a creative touch, and only the finest ingredients to elevate them to a gourmet level. Medium-rare patties made from a special combination of 100% Australian grass-fed cattle. Our own soft and freshly baked buns are produced twice daily. We create all of our sides, sauces, salads, and desserts in-house. Because, in the end, Marcel is focused on ensuring that you have the finest culinary experience possible.
