Le Cafe Des Stagiaires – Saigon

The trendy Le Café des Stagiaires, located in the bustling and sophisticated Thao Dien area, gives a taste of Europe to Ho Chi Minh City. The venue, which was founded by three Frenchmen and a Belgian, attempts to reflect European café culture, where the café is the center of social life.

The ideal area is the upstairs, open-air rooftop, which has a fascinating internal living space where old-school feelings meet a local touch. The patio is lush and attractive, with panoramic views of the Saigon River and the Landmark 81, Vietnam’s highest structure.

A vast and colorful menu is available, with everything from modern European cuisine great for sharing to plenty of Belgian beer, handmade cocktails, and a nice selection of wines.

Le Café des Stagiaires rooftop is open every day and has the unofficial motto ‘There are no strangers here, only friends you haven’t met yet!’ It is always packed with a cheerful atmosphere where everyone are welcome. Relax with pals during weekday happy hour (5-7pm) or more dynamic nights (Fri/Sat from 10pm) with live DJs spinning eclectic tracks.
