EMS – Electric Muscle Stimulation is a method of stimulating muscle contraction using electrical impulses. The electrical impulse generated from the device will be transmitted to the muscles through electrodes mounted on the output, which in turn generates stimuli. Electrical impulses will cause muscles to contract, thereby producing results comparable to human movements in reality as well as muscle contraction in nature.

The EMS method stimulates all major muscle groups, while also helping to develop motor nerve connections related to muscle movement. By directly sending electrical impulses to motor nerves, even muscle groups with weak connections are activated.
