Eco Gym

Modern equipment system and professional coaches always welcome you. All equipment at ECOFIT’s gym uses high-end machines imported from Europe. There are many different types of machines to serve the training purpose of each member. Losing weight, gaining muscle, or maintaining health and physique is what these machines can help you with.

Eco Yoga

ECOFIT’s Yoga classes are suitable for all ages and fitness conditions of practitioners. The yoga teachers at ECOFIT are all selected from India – the cradle of mystical Yoga, so we offer our members safe and effective forms of practice.

In particular, ECOFIT also provides Yoga Kids classes to help children be confident when communicating in English; health promotion; develop proper and safe motor skills; enhance the ability to concentrate, know how to listen, group activities through contact with friends; discipline, good manners and behavior; positive thinking.

Eco GX

Eco GX are group classes with modern dances such as Aerobic, Zumba, Belly Dance, Body Jam … and many different new subjects are regularly updated by Eco’s teachers. Learning to dance on the hottest music or soft soft music will inspire and relax you after stressful days of study and work. If you want challenges and exciting classes, join Group X now!

In addition, ECOFIT offers Zumba Kids classes for children. Vibrant Zumba dances bring a fun atmosphere to the class, making children always feel excited and excited even though the body has to move a lot.
