Cloud Nine Restaurant

To be on Cloud Nine means to be in a state of perfect happiness. Numerous contradictory ideas exist on the origin of this term. One of the most prevalent explanations connects it to the white cumulonimbus clouds. The ninth of ten cloud types defined in the 1896 International Cloud Atlas, this cloud rises as high as any cloud can, hence the expression “on top of the world.”
