Description

The Cham Islands are located in Quang Nam Province. There are 8 of them in total. They are about 20 km from Da Nang. The island is recognized by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve.

It has recently been opened to the public for only seven months a year. There are only a few Rivbar villages and many beautiful untouched beaches on the island.

The water is crystal clear, with beautiful coral reefs, so it is a great place for diving. The beach is covered with fine sand.

It has natural shade under the treetops. It is a great place for day trips. The beach is moderately visited.

It is suitable for families and friends. Sports are not represented and there is no rescue service.

Access to the island and beaches is good. The island can be reached from Hoi An pier. During autumn and winter there are monsoon storms and it is impossible to reach the island.

The most suitable time is spring and summer.
