Description
The restaurant’s name is ănăn, which also means “eat eat.” It is located in Chợ Cũ Tôn Thất Đạm, a lively wet market in the heart of Saigon. The award-winning chef Peter Cuong Franklin specializes in creating meals influenced by street food. Chef Peter’s inventive Vietnamese cuisine represents his vision of a Vietnam that is highly appreciative of its history and customs while yet being progressive and globally minded.
While embracing French culinary skills, he draws inspiration from the country’s lively food culture and employs fresh products frequently purchased from local markets. The result is a concentrated menu of profoundly flavorful dishes designed to complement our bar’s extensive range of local craft beers, well picked wines, and tropically inspired cocktails.
