Sea Links Golf & Country Club in Phan Thiet, Vietnam

Play Sea Links Golf & Country Club in Mũi Né–Phan Thiết, an 18-hole coastal course with dunes, wind, sea views and active 2026 golf operations.

Sea Links Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole coastal links-style course in the Mũi Né–Phan Thiết area, part of the larger Sea Links City resort complex. The course sits on high sand hills overlooking the sea and is designed for golfers who enjoy wind, exposed terrain and a demanding resort round rather than a flat tropical parkland layout. It is also one of the easiest golf experiences to combine with a beach holiday in Phan Thiết. The main limitation is difficulty: the operator itself emphasizes the challenging dunes, slopes and bunkers, so beginners should choose tees conservatively and allow extra time.

The current official course page states that Sea Links opened in 2008 and was designed by Ronald W. Fream of Golfplan. It stretches to 7,617 yards from the black tees. The operator describes the wider golf property as covering 168 hectares and rising around 80 metres above sea level, with many holes oriented toward the sea. That elevation and exposure mean wind is a genuine strategic factor. A hole that plays comfortably in one direction can feel much longer when the sea breeze strengthens, which is part of the appeal for experienced golfers.

Sea Links belongs to a full resort rather than operating as an isolated course. The official site lists a golf restaurant, pro shop, driving range and locker facilities, while the surrounding Sea Links City complex includes hotel rooms, villas and apartments. This makes the course especially convenient for travelers already staying in Mũi Né or Phan Thiết. You can play early and return to the beach or hotel afterward without a long cross-city transfer.

The practice range currently opens from 06:30 to 17:30, while the golf course itself is listed from 05:30 to 18:30. Locker facilities run from 05:30 to 19:00. These published hours are unusually useful because they distinguish the course from the supporting facilities rather than pretending everything follows one timetable. For a morning round, arriving before the tee time gives enough room for check-in and a short warm-up.

The official site also displays a 2026 golf promotion showing a reduction from 2.1 million VND to 1.95 million VND, with the instruction to contact the club for the applicable offer. Because promotions can depend on date, group and package, that price should be viewed as a current promotional reference rather than a universal green fee. Golfers should confirm whether cart, caddie and any other required charges are included in the quote they receive.

A full 18-hole round will normally take around four to five hours, and wind or a busy field can lengthen it. The terrain is exposed, so sun protection and hydration are important even when the breeze makes conditions feel cooler. During the wetter part of the year, rain and stronger weather systems can change course conditions quickly. Checking the forecast matters more here than on an indoor or heavily sheltered activity.

Location is straightforward for resort guests. Sea Links City gives its address as Km 9 Nguyễn Thông in the Mũi Né–Phan Thiết area. The complex is about nine kilometres from central Phan Thiết according to the operator. Taxi, hotel transfer or private car is easier than trying to reach the course on foot from distant Mũi Né accommodation. Golf bags make motorcycle transport impractical for most visiting players.

The course remains active in 2026, with the resort publishing current promotions and reporting tournaments held during the year. One April 2026 event page now describes the venue within Lâm Đồng Province, reflecting Vietnam’s administrative restructuring, even though other official Sea Links pages still display the older Bình Thuận wording. For Travel S Helper routing, Phan Thiết is the useful visitor locality; the province-label mismatch is administrative rather than evidence of a move.

Accessibility for non-golfing visitors and golfers with mobility requirements is not comprehensively documented. Carts are part of normal resort golf operations, but step-free clubhouse routes, adapted locker rooms and on-course assistance should be confirmed directly if required. The same applies to spectators, because a golf resort may restrict where non-players can go during active play.

Sea Links is best for golfers who want a serious round integrated into a Mũi Né or Phan Thiết stay. The combination of elevation, dunes, sea views and wind gives the course a character that differs from lowland city courses. Arrive early, choose the appropriate tee, confirm the current package price and treat the weather as part of the strategy. For travelers already on the coast, that makes Sea Links one of the most convenient full-course options in the region.

Because the course is part of a resort complex, non-golfing companions have more to do nearby than they would at an isolated club. That can make Sea Links practical for mixed-interest couples or families, provided access to specific resort facilities is arranged separately. Golfers should not assume a green fee includes hotel pools, spa services or other resort amenities; those belong to separate products unless a package explicitly says otherwise.
