Beaches In Ha Long Bay
Tuan Chau Beach
Tuan Chau Beach is one of the handful of artificial beaches in Halong Bay. Due to its ideal location on Tuan Chau Island, an established tourist area, it is crowded with foreign and local tourists throughout the year. The beach is beautiful and well-equipped for a variety of beach activities, including jet-skiing, kayaking, and fishing. As there are numerous eateries in the region, visitors are spoiled for choice when it comes to dining.
Ngoc Vung Beach
Halong Bay’s Ngoc Vung Beach, located to the south of Ngoc Vung Island, is an unspoilt bit of paradise. The beach is immaculate, with white sands and beautiful water. At Ngoc Vung, guests can sunbathe, swim, and appreciate the picturesque surroundings. Guests who desire a more active activity have the option of cycling around the island, away from the beach.
Minh Chau Beach
Minh Chau Beach is the ideal beach in every way: the sand is white, the water is clean, and the wind blows coolly in the muggy summer heat. Minh Chau is situated on Quan Lan Island, which is also home to Quan Lan Beach, located approximately 11 kilometers from Minh Chau. Some tourists choose to camp overnight on the beach, which can be a magical experience.
Ba Trai Dao Beach
Ba Trai Dao Beach is located in the Ba Trai Dao Island cove, where it is protected from the elements. The beach is sandy and rarely crowded, making it the ideal area to rest when touring Halong Bay. The beach disappears at high tide, giving visitors only two or three hours per day to enjoy this magnificent beach.
Titop Beach
Titop Beach is an excellent alternative for travelers to Halong Bay due to its location on Titop Island, a famous cruise stop. The beach is somewhat modest, but it is well-appointed with deck chairs, showers, and refreshment stands offering fresh coconuts.
Hong Van Beach
Hong Van beach is a wonderful site for those who are interested in engaging in enjoyable beach and water sports. Surfing and snorkeling are available at Co To and are highly recommended due to the sea’s clarity and cleanliness.
Quan Lan Beach
Quan Lan beach is naturally located on Quan Lan Island in Bai Tu Long Bay. Along the coast of Quan Lan Island, this magnificent beach extends for kilometres. There are hotels and hostels in close proximity to the beach, but they are hidden from view so as to give visitors the impression of being in a forgotten paradise.
Soi Sim Beach
The beach on the island of Soi Sim is a little white crescent. About 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) to the west of Halong city. It has a very old forest with plant and animal species that are exclusive to Halong Bay.
Since Soi Sim beach has only been accessible to the public for the past ten years, it is a relatively new tourist destination. People visit the island to admire the incredibly diversified flora and wildlife and to enjoy the tranquility. Soi Sim is a colorful and fairly rough island that has been left mostly untouched, resulting in gorgeous, emerald-colored sea water. It is so transparent that you can see fish swimming beneath you.
Bai Chay Beach
Each year, tens of thousands of tourists, both domestic and foreign, rush to Bai Chay Beach to enjoy its stunning white sand beaches and deep blue/green seas.
The beach is approximately 500 feet long and 100 feet wide. It is an artificial, tourist-friendly beach near the shore of Halong Bay. There are bars and hotels adjacent to the beach, which has been extensively developed. Every hotel has its own beach where you can rest, children can play, and you can have a refreshing drink or some of the delectable local seafood.
