Ganh Nhay Beach is the managed beach-and-camping attraction on the Hon Heo Peninsula in the Ninh Phuoc/Ninh Van coastal area, today administratively within Dong Ninh Hoa Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. The name is frequently marketed as “Ganh Nhay Ninh Van” because Ninh Van Bay is better known, but current tour operators themselves acknowledge that the tourism area lies on the Ninh Phuoc side of the boundary. Since former Ninh Phuoc was merged into Dong Ninh Hoa Ward in 2025, the Travel S Helper legacy Nha Trang route should be replaced with the current local administrative route.

Unlike many remote beaches in this batch, Ganh Nhay has a current operating website, tickets, restaurant and tour products. The main operator currently publishes visitor hours of 07:30 to 17:00, while a second associated site lists the restaurant from 06:00 to 22:00 and the broader operation from 08:00 to 17:00. These hours describe different components. For the beach attraction, 07:30–17:00 is the clearest current visitor window, while restaurant and special event products can run later.

The standard current admission product is paid rather than free public access. The operator advertises adult and child tickets, with inclusions such as chairs, umbrellas, SUP, kayak, freshwater shower, foam-play and children’s inflatable areas, plus lunch in some packages. Current price pages also advertise lower or alternative ticket products, so travelers should select the exact package rather than assume every entry includes food and activities.

Ganh Nhay’s physical character mixes clear water with rocky coastal scenery. Current 2026 guides describe granite ledges, a sheltered Ninh Van Bay setting and beach water suitable for swimming in favorable conditions. Snorkeling, SUP and kayaking are common promoted activities. Because these are managed commercial services, use operator equipment and follow staff instructions rather than bringing a private watercraft and assuming unrestricted use.

The tourism area also sells half-day, full-day and evening products. A June 2026 tea-and-BBQ tour starts from Nha Trang in the afternoon, uses beach activities through the late afternoon and returns after a night meal. This demonstrates that the site can host organized programs beyond normal day admission. Travelers visiting independently should not assume those event hours apply to ordinary gate access.

Camping is another current product. The operator promotes tents, BBQs and overnight group experiences. Anyone interested in staying after dark should book a formal camping package and confirm security, bedding, showers and meals. The general beach entry ticket is not evidence that visitors may simply remain overnight on the sand.

Transport from central Nha Trang is significant. Current tour products collect guests in the city and drive north toward Ninh Hoa, while independent visitors can use car or motorbike. The official site lists a Nha Trang sales office but the beach itself is in the Ninh Phuoc/Ninh Hoa area. Do not navigate to the city office expecting the beach.

A normal independent visit takes three to five hours. Full-day packages can occupy much longer, while organized night tours extend into the evening. The managed nature of the site makes it more predictable than a wild beach, but it also means prices, package inclusions and opening times can change.

The 2025 administrative changes are worth noting because current commercial websites still use “Ninh Phuoc – Ninh Hoa,” while the formal 2026 administration is Dong Ninh Hoa Ward. The old location wording remains useful for search, but it is no longer the municipality.

Current operator pages also show why headline ticket prices should be interpreted carefully. The beach can be sold through several overlapping ticket, meal, transfer and activity products. A package that looks more expensive may include lunch, SUP or transport, while a lower entry price may not. Compare inclusions before buying rather than comparing only the first number shown.

Accessibility information is incomplete. Freshwater showers, seating and managed facilities exist, yet no detailed wheelchair route or accessible beach-transfer system is published. Travelers with mobility needs should call the operator before buying a package.

Ganh Nhay is a current, active beach attraction rather than a generic public shoreline. Plan it around the operator’s 07:30–17:00 beach hours, choose the ticket or tour product carefully and use Dong Ninh Hoa as the current administrative route while recognizing the familiar Ninh Van/Ninh Phuoc marketing name.

Because Ganh Nhay sells several overlapping products, the practical closing time for a chosen activity can be earlier than the headline beach hours. A late-afternoon arrival may still allow restaurant use while SUP, kayak or children’s activities are already winding down. Ask for the last start time of the activity that matters most. The same applies to camping: a normal day ticket does not automatically include permission to remain after the beach closes. Current operators also use both Ninh Van and Ninh Phuoc in marketing, so travelers should navigate to the actual beach location rather than to the Nha Trang sales office or another Ninh Van resort with a similar coastal description.
