Bistrello

Bistrello is a cozy and comfortable restaurant with elegant décor that serves European and modern fusion food.

The little restaurant is located on a quiet street, but in the very heart of Sofia. Easy to locate, you may walk there on foot, if you are anywhere in the central center of Sofia. As the venue is not huge, a reservation is a required. In warmer months you may pick a table outdoors.

Although there’s no courtyard to the restaurant, there are some sidewalk tables, which create that sensation — calm and set in greenery. At the same time the visitors can experience the bustling metropolitan environment, while enjoying the meal. ‘Bistrello’ is famous among the international tourists of the city and residents alike.

The establishment offers up fusion meals, influenced by the European and Asian cuisines, merging Bulgarian, French and Japanese traditions.
