The slopes consist mainly of red and black runs, with a few blue runs and ski routes for more experienced skiers. The slopes provide breathtaking vistas of the Wildschönau valley, the Kitzbühel Alps, and the majestic Hohe Salve mountain. The slopes are meticulously maintained and groomed, ensuring optimal conditions for skiing or snowboarding. Additionally, artificial snow is utilized when necessary to guarantee a consistently enjoyable experience.

The Markbachjoch sector has a total of 6 lifts, consisting of 2 gondolas, 2 chairlifts, and 2 draglifts. The lifts are sleek and comfortable, providing a quick and convenient way to reach the slopes. The lifts are in operation from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day.

The slopes and lifts in the Markbachjoch sector are split into two distinct areas: the upper area and the lower area. The upper area is situated above the Markbachjochbahn gondola station and encompasses the slopes and lifts atop the Markbachjoch mountain. The lower area is situated beneath the Markbachjochbahn gondola station, encompassing the slopes and lifts on the Gmahkopf and the Lanerköpfl.

• Markbachjochbahn: This is an 8-person gondola that runs from the village of Niederau to the top of the Markbachjoch at 1,500 m. It is the main access to the sector, and it offers a comfortable and scenic ride. The gondola operates from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, and has a capacity of 2,400 people per hour. It is also the main access point to the ski connection to the Reither Kogel sector, which can be reached by the Gmahkopfbahn or the Lanerköpflbahn.
• Gmahkopfbahn: This is an 8-person gondola that runs from the village of Niederau to the Gmahkopf at 1,350 m. It is a secondary access point to the sector, and it offers a comfortable and scenic ride. The gondola operates from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, and has a capacity of 2,400 people per hour. It is also a secondary access point to the ski connection to the Reither Kogel sector, and it offers a ski route for advanced skiers.
• Lanerköpflbahn: This is a 4-person gondola that runs from the village of Niederau to the Lanerköpfl at 1,560 m. It is a secondary access point to the sector, and it offers a comfortable and scenic ride. The gondola operates from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, and has a capacity of 1,200 people per hour. It is also a secondary access point to the ski connection to the Reither Kogel sector, and it offers a ski route for advanced skiers.

The lower area of the Markbachjoch sector is situated beneath the Markbachjochbahn gondola station, encompassing the slopes and lifts on the Gmahkopf and the Lanerköpfl. The lower area features 7 km of slopes, 3 lifts, and 2 ski routes. The lower area features a variety of slopes, including blue and black runs, as well as ski routes designed for advanced skiers. The slopes in the lower area provide stunning views of the Wildschönau valley and the Gmahalm. The slopes in the lower area are also meticulously maintained and groomed, ensuring optimal skiing conditions. Additionally, artificial snow is utilized when necessary to guarantee a seamless experience.

• Gmahabfahrt: This is a blue slope that runs from the Gmahalm at 1,300 m to the village of Niederau at 830 m. It is a long and gentle slope, ideal for beginners and families. It has a length of 3 km and a vertical drop of 470 m. It is also the access point to the ski route for advanced skiers, which runs from the Gmahkopf to the Lanerköpfl.
• Lanerköpflabfahrt: This is a black slope that runs from the Lanerköpfl at 1,560 m to the village of Niederau at 830 m. It is a short and steep slope, only for expert skiers. It has a length of 2 km and a vertical drop of 730 m. It is also the access point to the ski route for advanced skiers, which runs from the Lanerköpfl to the Gmahkopf.
• Ski Route Gmahkopf-Lanerköpfl: This is a ski route that runs from the Gmahkopf at 1,350 m to the Lanerköpfl at 1,560 m.
