The Trygve-Lie-Park is located in the Aspern district of Vienna’s 22nd district, Donaustadt. The location of the place is in the southeastern part of the Norwegian Quarter, which was constructed in the mid-1990s and named after the Norwegian politician Trygve Lie.
The Trygve-Lie-Park spans approximately 4000 m² and has a rectangular shape. It is bordered by Stavangergasse and Tönsbergweg, as well as two sidewalks that run alongside the neighboring residential buildings. The area includes a children’s playground, a streetball field, and a basic soccer field. The soccer field is unfenced and has small metal goals. The boundary of the field is defined by a slightly lower ground level. The footpaths in the park are arranged in a grid pattern, with each path positioned diagonally from the park boundaries. There are multiple park benches located along the main path and in the vicinity of the playground. The power pole located in the northwestern section of the park is fully surrounded by concrete walls that have been painted in vibrant colors.
