Trumer Privatbrauerei

The Trumer private brewery in Obertrum am See, 20 kilometers north of Salzburg, displays how modern and sustainable beer making works. The family firm is currently in its seventh generation and is recognized for its characterful beer specialties, which are being brewed with 100% renewable energy.

Obertrum has been brewing beer since 1601, and the Sigl family has maintained the independent private brewery since 1775. Trumer Pils is the brewery’s flagship beer, brewed continuously according to its own standards and bearing the Slow Brewing quality stamp. Only natural hops from carefully selected hop growers are used in the brewing process, which is fermented in open fermenting vats and gently matured in accordance with the Slow Brewing concept.
