Stadtgalerie Kitz Art

Since 2003, the “Kunst und Kulturverein Kitz Art Innovation” has run Kitzbühel’s Stadtgalerie Kitz Art, which has become an important center for contemporary art in Tyrol. By presenting known and emerging artists, the gallery has been successful in creating a vibrant platform for them in recent years. The gallery provides as a platform for regional and international artists, with the exhibition changing on a regular basis. We manage displays with worldwide galleries and participation in recognized art fairs for the artists we represent, in addition to in-house projects.

Some of the recent exhibitions at Stadtgalerie Kitz Art are:

• Winter Wonderland: A thematic exhibition that celebrates and explores the winter season, featuring paintings, sculptures, photographs, and videos by various artists. The exhibition runs from January to March 2024.
• Kitzbühel in Focus: A photographic exhibition that captures the beauty and diversity of Kitzbühel’s landscapes and people, by local photographer Michaela Konrad. The exhibition ran from October to December 2023.
• Geometric Abstraction: A solo exhibition by Anna Maria Brandstätter, a painter who uses vibrant colors and geometric shapes to create abstract compositions. The exhibition ran from July to September 2023.
