The Silberbergwerk Schwaz is a tourist mine in Schwaz, Tyrol.It is found in the Schwaz mine’s Sigmund Erbstollen.

The silver mines at Schwaz were among the largest and most profitable in the region in the late Middle Ages.Every day in 1554, more than 7,400 workers were worked in the Schwaz mining areas.

In 1989, the Sigmund Erbstollen in Schwaz was developed and offered to the public as a silver mine.A mine train covers the first 800 meters through the Sigmund Erbstollen.The trip lasts around 90 minutes.
