Sensei Sushi Bar

Sensei means master in Japanese and the kitchen at the SENSEI SUSHI BAR in Innsbruck is also masterful. The Japanese language is developed avant-garde by the sushi master “Dil Ghamal” and enriched with elements from other countries. The chef himself will welcome you with a greeting from the kitchen.

You may explore the gastronomic regions of foreign nations at the magnificent Sensei sushi bar. Its excellent interior design, reminiscent of a gleaming, black lacquer jewellery box, impresses at first sight. It is located on Maria Theresien Street. The beautiful atmosphere is matched by outstanding food that goes above and beyond the standard raw tuna and rice menu. Here, you’ll find expertly cooked Asian seafood and fish, delectable dim sums, and high-quality beef dishes. Gault Millau awards 1 toque and 11.5 points to the Sensei’s spectacular and artistically presented items.

The Sensei Sushi Bar in Innsbruck stands for design, chic and relaxed lifestyle: soothing lounge sound sounds from the speakers, spotlights illuminate the tables made of Indian apple wood, walls and floor are black throughout. The flair restaurant was designed in 2007 by Innsbruck architect Rainer Köberl with the requirement: “It has to be black”. He received the Tyrolean Builders’ Prize for the unusual project.
