Schubertpark

The Schubertpark is a park in Vienna’s 18th district, Währing, was opened in 1925 on the site of the abandoned Währing municipal cemetery.A grove of cemeteries has the markers of celebrities who were formerly buried here.

The Schubertpark, with an area of approximately 14,000 m2, is located on Währinger Straße between house numbers 123 and 123A in the 18th district’s Währing district.It is surrounded to the north by Währinger Strasse, to the east by Weimarer Strasse, to the south by Schulgasse, and to the west by Teschnergasse.
