Schmiedhof Alm is located in the skiing area of Zell am See-Kaprun. This area includes the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, the Maiskogel, and the Schmittenhöhe. Our skiing hut, the Sonnenalm, is located on the sunny side, making it a picturesque and ideal place for skiing.The quickest route to reach our hut is by taking the Sonnenalmbahn #8 and the Hochmaisbahn #22. The Hochmaisbahn #22 is a heated chairlift equipped with bubbles. You can also reach us using the new Porsche design cable car, the Schmittenhöhebahn.Come and relax on our sun terrace during the summer, where you can enjoy the picturesque view of the Großglockner, the Kitzsteinhorn, the Steinerne Meer, and much more.We provide a playground for your children to enjoy the fresh mountain air while they play. We are pleased to offer you our house-made specialties, whether you prefer spicy or sweet dishes. We have something to satisfy everyone’s taste.
