The third floor of the resort offers a stylish atmosphere where guests can enjoy a variety of Japanese delicacies, including sushi, nigiri sushi, maki rolls, and the finest Japanese salads. The sushi chef Chien-Ming Lee, who has collaborated with renowned chef Tim Raue on Sylt, skillfully prepares this dish. Furthermore, the team at the “Marktplatzbar” skillfully crafts harmonious and lovingly prepared drinks, adding an authentic touch of Japanese flair.
