Zell am See is set to open a new house brewery in the fall of 2020. The brewery produces an outstanding unfiltered beer that is crafted exclusively with locally sourced hops and barley grain. Valentin Klien, a master brewer and beer sommelier, impresses his guests with a wide range of beer options. He offers classic beer variations alongside seasonal special brews such as the robust Christmas bock, the amber Bernstein autumn beer, and the hoppy summer low-alcohol beer. You can enjoy a Pinzgauer beer, poured straight from the tap, in a stoneware mug to complement the delicious regional cuisine. This delightful experience can be enjoyed either in the brewery’s charming chestnut garden or at the Bräu restaurant in the Grand Hotel, which offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The brewer also offers sample sessions and guided tours of the facility for beer enthusiasts.
