Graz is home to the second Lasertron Cybersport Arena in Europe, following Sankt Pölten.
Can you please explain how Lasertron works? Just like traditional sports like football or ice hockey, the playing field or sports arena is divided into two sections where two teams compete together. The objective of this team sport is to accumulate points by infiltrating the opposing player’s playing field without being detected and virtually marking the opponent’s base using the phaser attached to the player.
Points are deducted if you are marked by an opposing player. The tagging process is computer-aided.
The Lasertron game is played in half-hour increments. In team sports, none of the players are eliminated during a game. This means that the full playing time is completed until the end. You can play as an individual without any issues. Group bookings are not required.
Lasertron, with over 27 years of experience, has successfully developed and operated numerous Lasertron sports arenas in both America and Asia. Now, with the introduction of NXP Lasertron, the popular cybersport is finally making its way into the European Union. The Lasertron concept is incredibly family-friendly and provides great fun for individuals of all ages, starting from 7 years old!
