kunstGarten introduces gardens as locations for art. The varied Archive On 1300 m2 of display space, the Hortopia collection includes contemporary art, a plant archive of ancient and modern roses, a range of excellent gardening equipment, a specialized gardening library with publications spanning five centuries, a video library, and a street gallery. An integrative cultural program is available all year.

kunstGarten promotes and creates contemporary art, portrays gardens as locations where art happens, integrates education and science, and employs intercreative scenarios to create a cultural meeting place with a specialty library, video library, and open-air museum.
