The Knusperhäuschen was established in 1993 in Graz-Straßgang. In 2013, I, Sabine Hubmann, assumed ownership of the restaurant and have been managing it with great passion and happiness ever since. Our restaurant has the capacity to accommodate up to 50 people, and our stunning garden provides an equally spacious area.
